    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This error can also appear when either a security program or a firewall is blocking the scanner driver. Since reinstalling the drivers did not resolve this issue, I recommend reaching out to Microsoft support. They will be able to check your Windows computer to see if anything is interfering with the scanner driver.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did this answer your question?       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I have a problem with my Canon 9000F&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I saw that there are some person have the same problem but I don't find how can I fix this problem&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I install the drivers etc... everything are ok but when I would like to scan I receive one message :&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Can't communicate with scanner&lt;BR /&gt;Cable maybe disconnected or scanner maybe turned off.&lt;BR /&gt;Check status&lt;BR /&gt;Code : 2, 155, 33 - 2, 250 , 2&lt;BR /&gt;I seen the scanner on my computer (windows 10)&amp;nbsp; but it's working.&lt;BR /&gt;I tried also to download some drivers but the problem it's not solve.&lt;BR /&gt;There is somedy to help me ?&lt;BR /&gt;Many thanks in advance&lt;/P&gt;</description>
