Canon Scanner Model Information

Hi, I'm new to the forums but saw others had the same question. I have two scanners being transfered from another department and was only provided the serial numbers. Can you tell me which model scanner they are?

FLY[xxxxx] and ED[xxxxx].

Hi ellenle,

Please look in the area near the serial number. You should see "Canon" and then a number that starts with a K or possibly a P. What number appears?
