      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello to the Commmunity!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just installed Canon Quick Menu (64 bits Windows 10 system).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It displays "checking printer status" upon opening, and then closes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just can't get the software to run...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any idea?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Franklinmich&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>For all intents and purposes, the software shuts down. However a check on task manager shows it is running.</description>
