      <title>tcs500 scanner</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Purchased a used (goverment) tcs500 scanner with software and built a dell controller&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After turning on scanner I get a connecting to controller message but notting else &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any help to &lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;[email address removed for privacy]&lt;/FONT&gt; would be appreciated&lt;/P&gt;</description>
