Using a mirror works regardless of which camera model you own. Bonus points awarded if the object you use as a "mirror" doesn't actually look like a mirror (like the "bean" in Chicago).

Nearly every camera model I can recall using has a self-timer. Your manual would explain how to activate it. It helps to have a tripod to support the camera.

For anything more specific, we'd need to know which camera model you are using.
