Any truth to this?

Is there any truth to a rumor floating around about a 7D Mark II or a 70D being availble in early 2014? Im looking to upgrade from my 30D and I know the 7D has been out a while, Well my luck has always been the day after I buy something it goes obsolete.

yeah thats were i have been watching for months now. I have bad luck and as soon as i drop the money on a 7D canon will surely with in 30 days drop information that a 7D mark II is coming or the 70D. I was hoping someone from canon would chime in but I understand why they don't either. Supposedly a big announcement is coming in July so I guess I will have to wait and see.

If you're that concerned about it, but need a camera now... why not buy a used 7D instead of a new one? Much less money up front, and if you need to sell it in a few months, you won't lose much on the deal.
