The change batteries signal comes on even after putting fresh batteries in. Just purchased in March 2013. Has anyone else had this problem?

Thank you for posting. I recommend that you remove the batteries from the camera, then cleaning the contacts on the batteries and inside the battery compartment using a soft microfiber cleaning cloth. This should improve the connection between them.
