Does anyone else find that the feedback icon on the Canon site is inactive?

Is there any option to give feedback to the company?

Hi formercanonuser! The 'Feedback' option appears to be functional on our website at http://www.usa.canon.com. The survey will launch in a new window, so you might need to turn off any pop-up blockers you may have. Also, please note this is a survey about the design of the website.
