Hi Cgarrett,

Your registration stays on file at Canon but recently there was a change on the user end of the website which did not allow for the previous registrations to be automatically shown to users. Although the record still exists, you would want to re-enter your items onto the registration page if you want them to populate on the new list.

I registered a new camera product this morning and was surprised that only the last three products I have registered show in my account. Is this usual? does the registration drop off when the warranty period ends?

Thanks for the reply. I do understand your explanation, but do not understand the logic. Why should I need to spend the time reentering the products when Canon has all of the information already on file and chose to remove it from my view. Why did Canon do this, and why should it be up to me to add it back?
