REQUEST ENTITY TOO LARGE

I'm getting "REQUEST ENTITY TOO LARGE" when I try to go to this forum (using a different username here.) I need to access and respond to an issue that I have open there about TR4520 scan-to-pdf issue. What do I need to do to get logged in with that username, as I can't at this time even get to the web page?

I had the same issue using Firefox, but had no issues using Chrome in Windows 10.
