    <description>&lt;P&gt;I placed an order December 2, 2020, which showed it was in stock. After placing the order, my account showed it was backordered. I called and was on hold for close to an hour before speaking with someone, who was very nice, however had no "real" information to give me. Ended up cancelling the order and placing a new one, which consisted of a new lens instead of refurbished. The lens showed up on 12/12. I have spoken with two different people at this point, which keep saying something about the warehouse is backed up, or the order has been fulfilled just not shipped yet. With this being said, I understand that the CSR's I have spoken with, do not have the capability of getting up from their desk to check on the order, or go ask someone to box it up and send it out... but I can follow the steps on a website when ordering a pizza to see who took the order, if its in the oven or it is out for delivery. Yeah, a pizza place has better inventory tracking than a camera company that has been in business for roughly 87 years. That fact alone blows my mind! I hope that the camera shows up, or the lens is useless. Had very high inital expectations, not so much at this point....&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Apparently the warehouse acknowledged the order and the items were in stock. That was 10 days ago and they have still not shipped.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm having the same problem here with my recent order that I just placed earlier last week. It has been on "inventory fulfullied" status for a week now. I actually sat through the 62-73 minute wait on the phone and the representative didn't have any answers. He basically said that because of the holidays, there's a huge back up and that the order is going through the necessary and usual steps to be processed. And to try calling again at the beginning of the week. I asked him if the order would be guaranteed by the 24th and he said there was no guarantee if it hasn't shipped yet. The 3-7 day estimate they give you only applies onces it has been shipped but the problem is getting them to ship it. There is a huge problem with Canon shipping right now. No one has any answers.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am in the same boat. I bought my camera in 12/3 and still not shipped. This was ordered by the date to guarantee arrival by Christmas. I think canon should upgrade everyone to expedited if they ordered by that date. This is ridiculous. I ordered this to be shipped to my parents who live 2 hours away for when I went to visit to pick it up there to hide from my wife. I am very upset with the customer service of canon. No one is helpful when you do get to talk to someone. Canon doing a good job of messing up Christmas.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered a refurbished camera on the 4th. My current wait time is 60-68 minutes. I can't figure out if Inventory fulfilled means that the warehouse has the camera and it is awaiting shipping, or it is out of stock like the website shows, which seems like it wouldn't be fulfilled under my account summary. Not sure why it has to be so difficult?&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;UPDATE - The order has been released which means sent to the warehouse for packing and shipping. The last update the gentleman had gotten was a 9-day delay once it reaches the warehouse. I "should" get an email by the end of day Thursday with shipping information. He also said that they may change the shipping to get it here faster/before Christmas.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It went onto backorder by the time it showed up on my account so I calles them on December 2 and cancelled. I immediately orderd another item, which have been on "inventory fulfilled" since December 4. That is 11 days, but if we don't count week-ends than I guess only 7... if they have a 9-day-delay in shipping, it should ship this week. I spoke to representatives twice but since they don't have any more info than us, I gave up on that. Mine is actually a birthday present that is before Christmas so I guess an envelope with a drawing of a camera wil have to do... I am wondering if it is a "refurbished" thing... If the lens you ordered new showed up fast, it means that they have issues shipping out the refurbished products... I am actually wondering whether it is the refurbishing process itself that slows it down... they have the returned products in the warehouse, but have to refurbish and certify them before shipping them back out. Just a wild guess while I am still waiting.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It might be a refurbished item issue. I ordered a refurbished lens on the 7th of Dec. It was processed and placed on "Inventory fulfilled" status the day after. The rep said that my item should ship out sometime this week hopefully.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;**UPDATE**&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Received an email from Canon this morning explaining that orders placed before Dec. 10 are being worked on to have by Christmas. If the order was placed with standard ground shipping selected than they are running into "5-7 day" delays but I think after seeing other posts that the delays are more on 7-9 days delay. Shipping problems due to COVID-19 and to please stop calling their customer service line because their customer service reps don't have anymore information than the customers do.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Got my camera on the 4th of November but got the wrong charger and battery. Battery was fixed but have been waiting for 42 days now for a charger. Customer service has repeatedly assured me that the charger will be there in "5-7 days" even if they have to pull it out of another box. So far, 42 days later, crickets.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Still in the same Inventory fulfilled status. I never received an email breaking down the delays about items ordered before Dec. 10. I am guessing you are right about the refurb items. Honestly I would rather it be correct upon arrival, than hurry things. Sometimes the impatience gets the best of me.</description>
