      <title>Unable to log into Shop.USA.Canon.com</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The website isn't recognizing my password; when I click the links to reset it, I'm getting this message:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The store has encountered a problem processing the last request. Try again later. If the problem persists, contact your site administrator.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I called the 800 number, and was quoted a 20 minute wait time.&amp;nbsp; All I want to do is to alert your webmaster that there's a problem with your website.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any other way to contact someone to alert them to this issue?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
