Where do I report issues with the support website?

Hey,

I filed a support request for a lens under warranty. At the end of the process I end up on a page with a big red "PRINT PDF" button which should give me instructions to send my lens in. When I click the button I land on a white page, with no PDF getting displayed or downloaded.

I tried with Chrome, Edge, Firefox. Same result.

Where should I report this issue or is there a known workaround in the community?
