Hello! I saved up some money and I would like to replace my old aps-c body for a full frame one. I have a budget exactly for a Canon R. Do you guys think it is a good choice? I was thinking even about a 90d, but the one thing I don't like about it is that it's aps-c. However if I bought 90d or 6d mark 2 I could maybe buy a lens for the rest of the money I would spent buying the R. Or do you guys think I should wait for Canon to release some new ff camera in the current price range of the R? Thank you for your opinion!

Greetings,

Will wait for you to answer Ricky's lens question. Please tell us what (APS-C) camera you are coming from and types of photography you do most. Landscapes, Architecture, Wildlife, Sports, etc. Is video important?

I am slightly biased. My only reluctance to recommend the R is that it was Canon's very first mirrorless body. We've seen so many enhancements and improvements with mirrorless since its release. I might make another recommendation based on your answers to the above questions.
