Has anyone recently had the Canon Precision Alignment service done on their 7D Mark II bodies and lenses?

I was wondering what the cost would be.

Or is there a link to a service price list on the web?

In Europe, its called "Camera and Lens Focus Matching"

Pricing for DSLRs is listed (for comparison only) US would be different.
