      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi i have noticed that my laptop doesent detect my camera with the external Power supply (bought on Amazon), but only if i plug in the battery.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I really Need to use external Power because the camera Is attached into the telescope for 3-4 h.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Whats could be the problema?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you also connected to the USB port on the camera?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sounds like there is an issue with your power adapter. &amp;nbsp;If communication has stopped, then that is usually a red flag for ground loop associated with the power adapter not being properly grounded internally. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recommend that you use the Canon power adapter, which is known to work properly.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
