Not sure which one is correct, but be aware that dots can be quite misleading.

To get the actual pixel resolution, you need to divide the dot count by 3 (manufacturers that use this dot notation are literally counting each separate color component - red, green and blue).

Assuming the viewfinder is an aspect ratio of 3:2, a 3.69m dot figure would translate to around 1,360 x 900 pixels. And a 2.36m dot figure would translate to around 1,080 pixels by 720 pixels.

On the r50's page (https://www.usa.canon.com/shop/p/eos-r50?color=Black&type=New) in the technical specifications, it shows the r50 has a 3.69m dot viewfinder, if you scroll up to the "precise electronic viewfinder" it says it has a 2.36m dot viewfinder. Which one is it? I am assuming it is a mistake to say 3.69m.
