Canon Rebel T7-Not allowing me to go to menu nor change the settings

I have tried going to my menu screen, and my camera will not go there no matter what I try. I have tried changing the setting in manual mode, and my camera will not allow me to change them. I cannot even go to view my pictures. However, I still can take pictures. Does anyone know what is going on?

Hello ATrudniak will the menu system work at all when the menu button is pressed.
