Using EOS Rebel Without SD Card

Do I have to have an SD card to take pictures, is there internal storage at all? And can I use my wireless app to take pics without SD card?

Which camera body? Which wireless app, and which device are you using?

None of the Canon cameras include onboard storage. You must use a memory card. You can use a computer to remotely control select cameras and store the images on the computer. I do not believe this feature is available on a smart device.
