Hello! The Rebel T3i has been retired and is no longer supported. Canon USA no longer has parts to repair or service it. If it's malfunctioning, we recommend reaching out to the Canon Upgrade Program to get a discount on a more modern camera. They're at 1-866-443-8002.

You couold try an independent camera repair service, but the cost will likely be more than the camera is worth.
