Eos R7 Will not display on external monitor

I have 2 R7's that have the latest firmware updates and both will not display an image on my atomos shinobi monitor or atomos ninja v. The only thing that happens on the shin obi is that it will just turn both screens black and all buttons on both monitor and camera do nothing. The Ninja V will not even recognize the camera.

Are you using any AC adapters? Do you have any concurrent connections to the USB port?

No I do not. Just the hdmi to micro hdmi cable

Try connecting the camera to a television or computer monitor, any device that can automatically sense the format of the HDMI signal.
