Unfortunately, no. The top LCD returns to the first screen as soon as I press the Menu button to attempt creating a Custom Shooting Mode.

Hello,

I was wondering if there was a way for the top LCD panel on the EOS R5 to always display the 2nd information screen (i.e., AF settings, drive mode, WB, picture style, etc.) even after the camera has been shut off and back on. I have noticed that the top LCD information always returns back to the 1st information screen after power-cycling or half-pressing the shutter.

Thanks!

Does that setting get saved in a Custom Shooting Mode?
