      <description>&lt;P&gt;I owns a 1300d and whenever i try to go down by pressing the WB / down button it just open menu idk what's happening i tried to reset the settings of camera but it still didn't worked&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

P mode, go to menus&amp;gt;tools&amp;gt;clear all settings&amp;gt;clear all custom settings. It is explained more clearly in your manual.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;OK since you refer to your Rebel T6 as the 1300D I suspect you are not in the US or you did not buy it in the US? However, if you are willing to pay for repairs, I think Canon USA will service it, if it is still in service life. A call to&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;1 (800) 652-2666 will&amp;nbsp;answer that question.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
