1300D WB BUTTON NOT WORKING PROPERLY

I owns a 1300d and whenever i try to go down by pressing the WB / down button it just open menu idk what's happening i tried to reset the settings of camera but it still didn't worked

Are you in one of the Creative Modes - P, Tv, Av or M?

I doubt you did the reset correctly. P mode, go to menus>tools>clear all settings>clear all custom settings. It is explained more clearly in your manual.

OK since you refer to your Rebel T6 as the 1300D I suspect you are not in the US or you did not buy it in the US? However, if you are willing to pay for repairs, I think Canon USA will service it, if it is still in service life. A call to 1 (800) 652-2666 will answer that question.
