Fine, vertical lines on all photos (Shooting on a 70D)

For a while now I've been noticing these strange fine, but densely packed vertical lines on my photos. They are there raw, more noticeable when edited, and noticeable when printed.

They weren't there when my camera was new back in 2014, but over the last few years they've been getting more and more noticeable.

They are most noticeable on a smooth, even gradient like a soft sky shot.

I'm uploading 2 photos I took yesterday that show the lines well. One raw copy and one edited copy of each.

Could this be an age issue with my camera? Is something inside warn out or damaged? Is there something wrong with my SD card? Are my camera setting wacky? are there issues with my lenses? (this has been going on longer than I've owned one of my two main lenses.)

Any input or advice would be greatly appreciated!

To be honest at the resolution that we are able to see images posted here, I find it hard to see the lines, but I don't doubt your word.

If the said lines are appearing in your RAW images, it suggests to me that something is happening with the sensor, especially, as I understand it, you are seeing this across multiple lenses. I assume you have tried switching cards already to eliminate that possibility, even if it is unlikely.

I would suggest contacting Canon Tech support: 1-800-OK-CANON to have a chat with those folks

I fear it may be a sensor issue.

I'm disappointed the photos aren't able to open up more on this forum. Viewing them full screen and zooming slightly helps identify the lines. They are quite small and I'm sure wouldn't bother the average viewer, but they are starting to drive me nuts. The lines aren't noticeable in busier, more colorful photos, if you're not looking for them.

I've just updated my firmware.

No, I haven't tried a different SD card yet. I only thought of it as I was typing.

It looks like I have some experiments to conduct and some phone calls to make!

They are easily visible when you download the images and magnify them to 100%. But I have never seen anything like this before that was from a sensor fault, it looks almost like some odd grime or a strange artifact from the RAW conversion process.

I grabbed a screen shot of the downloaded magnified (to 200%) portion of one of your images to make it easier for others to see what is showing up in your images.

Updating the FW will not help. Having the sensor professionally cleaned might be a good idea. A top quality SD card from a known good source can also help. ebay and Amazon are not known good sources for SD cards. Local stores like Best Buy, Walmart or Costco, etc., are better places. Top mail order stores like B&H, Adorama, etc., are good, too.

Beyond that sending it to Canon for a C&C is the best option. Tell them what is going on and what you have done. The more info the better.

Thank you all for your input! It was all very helpful! It gave me lots to work with as I ran a few more experiments and had some conversations with experts. It looks like it's likely to be a sensor issue, so I will be sending the poor old camera off to the camera doctor.

To clarify my previous note:

My meaning behind "experts": The specialist at my local camera, video, and audio store that I originally bought my camera from almost a decade ago. AND Canon technical support VIA the phone number that Trevor shared above.

My meaning when I said "Camera Doctor": Canon Factory Service Center. She is on her way now directly to Canon.

I apologize if my goofy verbiage was alarming or confusing.
