I am using DPP camera remote operation of R5 with PC. It works fine with a 10m range. Has anybody information, how to extend the outdoors WiFi range with a battery router/extender?

Hi JUVI,

You can use the Wireless File Transmitter WFT-R10 to extend the range and speed of the wifi connection it attaches like a battery grip and had a stronger wifi antenna than the one built into the camera. There isn't a specific extra amount of distance you can get with that grip since it can vary depending on things like interference in the area.
