    <description>&lt;P&gt;Waddizzle is right... Go to Orange menu item 4 "Release shutter w/o lens". "Enabled" should do it. Not much there, but it's page 818 in the R5 1.6.0 manual.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Newton&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi canon community,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Im excited about my new r5, however when i use non canon lenses with manual aperture my shutter won’t take a picture. i’m in manual if that matters. please let me know if you have any suggestions thanks !&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If the camera shows “F00” as the aperture value, then you may need to find the setting in the camera’s menu that allows it to fire the shutter without a lens attached.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
