topic My T7i does not have a 10 sec/remote option Help! in EOS DSLR & Mirrorless Cameras

Hi there!

I have had canon rebels over the years and each of them have had the option to use a remote, and that is usually found in the "drive mode" where you can select single shooting, high speed continuous, low speed continuous, 10 sec/timer, 2 sec, and self-timer continuous. For whatever reason, my T7i has all of these features, but instead of it being 10 sec/remote, it's only 10 sec. Is there a way to fix this? I'm super annoyed. I cannot find anyone else with this problem, and all youtube tutorials simply state that I should be able to use the 10 sec timer/remote option--which just isn't an option for me because it doesn't exist.

.

I just want to say that I resolved the issue myself. After some digging I learned that I had to turn the bluetooth function off.
