Battery malfunction on 80D

Bought, as open box last December. Just two days ago, the battery is working silly. I tried different batteries and all seem to doing the same. Camera will stop working randomly showing empty battery, I take the battery out, put it back and it works for one picture or many, or sometimes I have to take the battery in and out 2 - 3 times to make it work. I tried different batteries and no difference.

If you purchased the camera this past December, did you register it with Canon USA. for a warranty? If so, I recommend that contact Canon Support. This is only a user forum.

Are the batteries charging ok in the charger?
