Need Suggestions for EOS Utility

My Canon EOS Rebel SL2/200D only displays a laptop when connected to my PC, it's also detected by my PC, EOS Utility can access the camera but as soon As I turn on the camera to video mode This screen is displayed, the Miror also goes up then drops right back down, I want to know how to stop the miror from doing that while in Video Mode, i have been doing as much research on this for so many hours and now looking for some sort of help

I have no idea what your objective might be but that is how the camera is supposed to work. When you connect to a PC, the display switches to a "PC" to let you know that has successfully connected. Once connected, your PC is now your display.
