    <description>&lt;P&gt;It sounds like “Mirror Lockup” is enabled.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have purchased a used camera, then it is a good idea to go through all of the menus and reset the camera back to the factory defaults. &amp;nbsp;The camera would need to be in one of the Creative Modes for you to see all the menu options.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If any menu option opens up to sub-menu, then it is likely that there is a Reset option within that sub=menu.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
