Hello all,

I am using a Canon Rebel T5i and for some reason I cannot find the pictures anywhere when I put the SD card in my Apple Macbook Pro. However, I can see the photos on my camera. The album preview image is a question mark with a yellow background. Can someone explain what this means and what I can do to view my pictures on my computer?

Do you have a card reader on your computer? If so, when you insert the card does it appear on the desktop? If so, when you double click the icon do you see folders? One should be named DCIM. If you double click that do you see another folder called 100EOS or something similar. If you have been successful this far your photos will be in that folder.
