    <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you trying to take a portrait or are you in the mode with the head of a person? &amp;nbsp;If you are in one of the preprogrammed modes you frequently can’t change the settings. Those modes are intended as aides for people who aren’t sure how to set the camera and thus they “lock” the settings.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I can’t figure out how to turn the flash off on EOS 2000D, please help? And I don’t mean switching to the flash off mode, but being in portrait mode or something and being able to turn the flash off there&lt;/P&gt;</description>
