      <description>&lt;P&gt;the manual states the software won't work if the camera is connected to computer before loading the software so now the camera is not recognized.&amp;nbsp; I run Windows 10 and didn't have the Canon solutions disc so I downloaded the software from Canon still to no avail. Any suggestions? The manual is 400plus pages, found the warning on page 405 still learning the camera.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just uninstall all the Canon software, restart computer, and then reinstall without camera being connected to computer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
