      <description>&lt;P&gt;There are three Canon 5D cameras (the original, the mk II and the mk III). I have the 5D mk II and on that version, you turn AutoFocus points on or off in the viewfinder through the "Playback" menu 2 (fourth menu icon from the left - blue with two dots), second selection: AF point disp. &amp;gt;&amp;gt;&amp;gt; Enable or Disable.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Canon has free downloadable owner's manuals on-line if you don't have a hard copy or have the original or mk III.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jim&lt;/P&gt;</description>
