I was just taking some photos and I suddenly noticed a black bar appear in the middle of them, I checked my lens and turned the camera off and on again and then once I looked at the sensor I noticed a big black piece plastic covering it that had maybe fallen off the edge of the sensor or the mirror. Whatever it is it wont fall out and it's currently rubbing up against my sensor and is loose. If anybody could help give some insight into this issue or if they know what the best course of action here would be.

Thanks. I took some photos but I could attach them, so if you think you might know what it is hit me up here and I'll email them to you.
