I have set up my 77D for streaming and was wondering if there is any way to keep my camera charging the whole time instead of using the battery?

Negative. The only way to charge batteries are in the AC battery charger unit. There is no battery grip option for that model, I do not believe. You would need to use the Canon AC adapter kit for your type of battery, instead.

The Canon kit comes in two parts. One part is the Battery Adapter kit, which is installed into the camera's battery compartment. The second part is the DC adapter kit, which includes a transformer to convert AC power to DC power. The AC/DC Adapter kit can be used with different Battary Adapter kits.
