5D Mark ii ISO lowest setting 200 ?

I'm new to my 5d mk ii and I have come accross a problem. when I go to set my ISO it only goes down to 200, I dont have any idea how or why this has happend, is there somthing I have done wrong in some of my other settings? I tried to find out from my instruction manual but get lost. Can anyone please help. Mick

You probably have Highlight Priority engaged.
