Cannot pair my 70D and my Computer using WFT Pairing software - Why????

Hi - had my 70D for a couple of weeks now and initially after a lot of trial and error, turning the fire wall off and running as an administrator I got the pairing software to work.

Today it will not.

I deleted the utility and reinstalled it and deleted the settings and tried to reinstall them.

Got to the pairing box on the 70d, openind the utility, opened the pairing software which flashed for an isntant and is then invisible.

Nothing happens?

I am using Windows 8.1 64bit.

I have paired it with my Nexus 7 no problem.

I also paired it with my HTC OneX using the EOS app.

But after hours of trying I cannot get it to reconnect / pair to my computer which is what I really need it to do!!!!!

Any suggestions. (Please assume I need to be told to press button a then button b. 🙂
