canon 5d mark iii problem with live view: no image is recorded menu mode is inactive M,AV,TV

hello ,

my 5d camera mark iii I have the problem of live views no image recorded when i'm on M,TV,AV mode its only display menu and record when I'm at automatic mode, but menu mode becomes inactive when i switch to manual mode. also i cant access the AF mode to adjust the settings.
