EOS R HDMI Output without Canon Log

I'd like to use an R to do some green screen video and had a technical question about its HDMI output for an external recorder. My understanding is that when using the Canon Log setting on 10 bit mode, you get a 4:2:2 10 bit signal. Because I don't want to use Log for the green screen, I just wanted to know if Im getting a 10 bit 4:2:2 signal when turning Log to "Off".

The manual doesn't explicity state if it does. And I don't think it will though. Best to set it off and see what kind of signal is output.

But I would recommend in using log as you end up with more flexibility in post.
