    <description>&lt;P&gt;The manual doesn't explicity state if it does. &amp;nbsp;And I don't think it will though. &amp;nbsp; Best to set it off and see what kind of signal is output.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But I would recommend in using log as you end up with more flexibility in post.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'd like to use an R to do some green screen video and had a technical question about its HDMI output for an external recorder. &amp;nbsp;My understanding is that when using the Canon Log setting on 10 bit mode, you get a 4:2:2 10 bit signal. &amp;nbsp;Because I don't want to use Log for the green screen, I just wanted to know if Im getting a 10 bit 4:2:2 signal when turning Log to "Off".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thank you!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
