50mm 1.2 L lens on R6 lagging?

Help! My 50mm rf L lens decided to start being super slow on my R6 at last nights wedding. The video below shows my 50 first and then my 35 second on high speed continuous. You’ll notice an obvious lag. Both of these lenses are the L series rf. Any recommendations or suggestions on why this is happening?

Have you recently changed any of your AF settings? I am told that the Canon 50mm 1.2/L lenses are deigned for focus accuracy, not focusing speed.

You may also want to try changing the setting of the focus range switch on the lens, too.

You said "decided to start". Does that mean it was working okay and then started acting up? If so, can you identify any changes between the two conditions?
