But does this apply to my camera ? 5D MkIV with Canon Log?

Reason I ask is here is the support page I normally look at;

..it doesn't have a tab for Firmware under Drivers & Downloads.

So naturally I'm wary about using firmware not intended for my camera

also, I've never updated firmware before - still using v1.0. Can I go straight to the latest version, or do I need to install all the previous versions?

So the camera you have is the 5D Mark IV with Canon Log?
