Shutter buttom does not work

Hi everyone,
I bought a Rokinon12 mm lens for my Canon m50 at Amazon, after attached the new lense, shutter buttom dose not work. I tried to replace the Rokinon lense to my kit land" shutter buttom works with original kit L'Anse but doesn't work with rokinon lens"
Could you teach me, which part of camera setting should I go to fix this problem?!
