Please follow these steps to change the communication mode in your camera:</P><P>&nbsp;</P><OL><LI>Turn the &lt;MODE DIAL&gt; to (P)Program AE.</LI><LI>Press the &lt;MENU&gt; button.</LI><LI>Select [Communication].</LI><LI>Select [PTP].</LI><LI>Press the &lt;MENU&gt; button.</LI><LI>Power the camera off.</LI><LI>Connect the camera to the computer and power it on.</LI></OL><P>This connection mode will only allow you to use the built-in Windows software at best, but we cannot guarantee it will be successful.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>This didn't answer your question?
