topic EOS-1D X Mark II HDMI Output stopped working in EOS DSLR & Mirrorless Cameras

I use an external monitor to film, but last time I plugged into the camera, I didn't get any signal. I have tried a different camera and the cable and monitor both work. Has anyone else had a problem with the HDMI port?

Do you have strain relief on the hdmi cable? According to LensRentals, many cameras just have the HDMI connectors held by solder to the board and are easily pulled loose with too much strain.
