Canon M-100 Won't Turn on.

Hi.

My Canon M-100 won't turn on. I recently bought this (around 3 weeks ago). Here's the things I tried:

Charging the batteries
Remove SD Card
Trying an DR-E12 DC Coupler

Still won't turn on. Please help me on this. 😞

It sounds like you've already tried a couple of things, but it might also help to try charging the battery again. This time, try a different outlet in a different room and leave the battery on for at least two hours.

During that time, I suggest that you inspect the camera to see if any button seems stuck or out of place. In that case, try to nudge them back into position.

If problems persist, I suggest that you email us at eosdigitalsupport@cits.canon.com with details about your camera, your date of purchase, and the state from where you are sending the camera, and we'll walk you through the repair process.
