T4i - okay to reinstall firmware again?

Rebel T4i - Is there any concern or issue with trying to reinstall firmware version 1.04 again even though I've already installed it on my camera? I am having camera issues that I never had with 1.01 and thought I would give this a try.

Christine you can reinstall the firmware but the real question is, what are the issues you are seeing?

The new firmware version is supposed to fix the STM lens condition.
