    <description>I’m replying to myself.I sorted this out. I have a VPN on the phone and disabled it and it connected to the camera. It’s a real gotcha</description>

      <description>Connects to my phone momentarily then disconnects. I’ve tried resetting the camera and re installing cannon connect but has no solver the problem</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thats correct.&amp;nbsp; VPN's are designed to route all traffic through their own network...&amp;nbsp; unless you you have the option of "allowing" traffic on the local LAN.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Some VPN clients have this option, and some do not.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
