Kamlan lens not working on my m6 mark ii question

has anyone had this issue as well. I press that shoot button but nothing happens. There are no error messages, it's on manual focus but it won't shoot and picture or videos with the lens.

Somewhere in the menu you will have the option to "shoot without a lens" if you enable this option then your camera will work. Because it is a fully manual lens the camera is looking for an electronic signal that isn't there so it just sits and waits doing nothing.
