Hi Guys,

I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good microphone to go on the end of a boom and use with my M50. I would like it to have low noise level but good pick up of speach. I have on at the moment that requires me to set the manual record level quite high for it to pick up and this of course picks up a lot of background noise and hissing.

I can remove the hissing in my edit software but sadly that also removes a lot of the speach or drops in and out with the speach.

So I want one that I can connect on the end of my boom to my xlr - 3.5mm cable that works well.

If any one can suggest some that wont break the bank that would be most appreciated.

Thanks

James
